H1N1 vaccine letter for parents of children with chronic illness
Greetings to All,
Please see the attached letter to parents of children with chronic health conditions and the availability of the H1N1 vaccine. It is regretful that not all children are eligible to receive the vaccine at the present time due to the limited supply. It is hopeful that offering the vaccine to those with compromised immune systems and chronic health conditions those at most risk will be protected from severe illness.
I greatly appreciate your assistance in providing the information to the parents of the children with chronic health conditions as well as preschoolers.
